We are excited to present our new building and location in Karlin, one of the most vibrant and modern districts of Prague. We will be opening our doors in August 2023, and we can’t wait to welcome you.

We believe that this is a great place for students who want to live in a modern and lively environment. Karlín is a dynamic and trendy neighborhood that offers a variety of cultural and social activities. You can find many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, and theaters within walking distance.

You can choose between private apartments or single and double rooms with shared bathrooms. A starting package: a set of bed linen, pillow, blanket, set of dishes, and cutlery will be waiting for you upon arrival. And be sure our standard includes a lot more.

As a guest of our residence, you will also have access to our student lounge and study room, where you can relax, socialize, study, or play games. You can also enjoy our terrace, where you can soak up the sun or admire the night sky.
