Zeitraum Student Housing

Our company is one of the pioneers in a new category on the Polish and Czech market – private purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). This business step is in line with a substantial shortfall of student housing in Poland and the Czech Republic, especially in Prague, Warsaw, and Kraków. This refers both to international and domestic students.

The Polish and Czech universities’ offer is interesting to foreigners due to low costs, a relatively high level of education, and future perspectives on EU markets.
