High standard of basic services
The basic price includes all services and energies – water supply, wastewater collection and drainage, heat supply, electricity, municipal waste collection, lighting, cleaning common areas of the house at least twice a week – up to six times a week – depending on the size of the building, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Moreover, each student will be provided with a pillow and a duvet, a bed linen set, a set for cooking, a key card for the front door, room door, and storage space. Some buildings have 24/7 reception with full support and security.

Let’s discuss individual conditions
We have enough beds ready for group bookings. Moreover, some of the rooms are variable. We will do our best to create room variations or common rooms based on your priorities. You will get everyday support. Our receptionists are ready to keep in touch with the coordinators seven days a week. Some of the buildings have daily receptionists and security. The minimum provided and in the price included standard is: 24/7 support, a receptionist who can come to the residence for specific hours to get requests from your clients, and a security officer who checks the property 3 times during the night. Besides, it is possible to provide cleaning of leased premises directly from the company, incl. change of bed linen.

COVID Safety Plan
In light of the COVID situation, we prepared several action steps to keep our buildings safe. There are dispensers with disinfection in several places throughout the building and common areas. The common spaces are fully disinfected once a week.
