    Racławicka 58 sits in Kraków’s Krowodrza district – calm, green, and well-connected. With the city centre just 4 minutes away by train, you get quick access without the crowds.

    Thanks to the nearby AGH student campus, the area is full of affordable spots to eat, from coffee shops and bakeries to milk bars and pizzerias. You’ll also find indie cinemas, small theatres, and some of the city’s best academic libraries just a short walk away.

    FAQ

    Here are some answers to the most common questions about living at Zeitraum Racławicka in Kraków.

    • Water, heating, electricity and WiFi are all included in the monthly rent. There are no additional utility bills.

    • Three options: (1) Private single room, (2) Private room in a 1+1 apartment (shared bathroom), (3) Private room in a 1+1+1 apartment. In all cases your bedroom is yours alone.

    • Three steps: (1) Choose your room type and dates. (2) Fill in the booking form and review the Terms & Conditions. (3) Pay the deposit and administration fee within 3 business days — this confirms your reservation. The whole process can be done online.

    • The deposit equals one month’s rent (exact amount depends on your room type). The one-time administration fee is 295 PLN (or 65 EUR). Both must be paid within 3 business days of booking.

    • Yes — the entire booking process can be completed online. You sign the contract in person upon check-in at reception.

    • Contract lengths are flexible — from 1 to 12 months, with four pricing tiers depending on the length of your stay. Contact us to choose the dates that work best for you.

    • Yes — both options are available through the reservation system on this page. Just toggle between Short stay and Long stay to see the relevant options. No separate form needed.

    • Yes. Upon check-in you receive bedding, included in your rent. Basic kitchen dishes are available for purchase at reception.

    • All residents have access to shared kitchens (with terraces), Game Room, Chill Room, mini gym, yoga room, and laundry room with dryers. Common areas are included in the monthly rent. The laundry and drying room is available for an additional fee.

    • Yes. Zeitraum Racławicka welcomes all students enrolled at a Polish university — Polish and international students alike, including Erasmus participants and PhD students. Contracts and correspondence are available in English and Polish.

    • Always single-gender. Shared bathrooms in double and triple apartments are never mixed — you will not share a bathroom with a person of the opposite sex.

    • 24/7 reception and security staff, CCTV in common areas, keycard-only access for residents and registered guests.

    • Racławicka has 20 parking spots available for residents. For more details on availability and access, please contact the reception team.

    • If you cancel more than 30 days before your start date, the deposit is fully refunded. Less than 30 days — the deposit is forfeited. The administration fee (295 PLN) is non-refundable in all cases.

    • The Chill & Thrill Hub is a physical board located in the lobby at Zeitraum Racławicka. It’s the social heart of the building — a place where you’ll find ideas for trips around Kraków, upcoming events, and ways to connect with other residents. It’s inspired by the Chill-Thrill Balance philosophy behind Racławicka: the idea that you get to decide how you spend your time — whether that’s going out and exploring the city or staying in and recharging.
