Zeitraum is a network of private student dormitories for students and young professionals, operating in three cities: Prague, Kraków, and Warsaw. Unlike university-owned halls of residence, Zeitraum offers modern, fully furnished rooms and apartments with access to shared spaces — kitchens, study rooms, a gym, recreational areas, and a laundry room. Zeitraum ensures the safety and comfort of its residents around the clock.
Zeitraum is open to students and working young adults between the ages of 15 and 35. A student is defined as a person enrolled in at least part of a first- or second-cycle degree programme, a long-cycle Master's programme, or postgraduate studies at a Polish university — including international students and Erasmus participants.
The rent is a flat fee that covers everything you need day to day: water, heating, electricity, and internet access. There are no additional utility bills — you pay one fixed monthly amount.
Every Zeitraum dormitory is secured around the clock: a 24/7 staffed reception, keycard access control system, CCTV monitoring in common areas and at the entrance, and a guest register — every visitor must present a valid ID.
Zeitraum provides round-the-clock building security — a staffed reception, keycard access control, CCTV monitoring, and a register of all visitors entering the building. At the same time, Zeitraum does not provide educational supervision or pastoral care for residents — it is a private dormitory, not a boarding school.
The reception at every Zeitraum dormitory is open 24 hours a day. Contact details can be found on the individual location pages.
